Accurate Leak and Line - Dallas

We needed Cast Iron Pipes replaced under slab. We got quotes from 7 different companies and Accurate Leak and Line was one of two offers out of 7 that we got that came in at a reasonable price. They didn't try to upsell us or tell us "why they are the best or why we need to go with them" They were simple, they explained what they do, why they do it, and why they offer the prices they do without any hard selling. We then went and did some independent research and they offer they gave us was very fair and they had great reviews online of how they take care of their customers before, during, and after the project process. They had to trench under the house to replace the old cast iron and you couldn't even tell where they dug the tunnels when they were done replacing everything. I would definitely recommend them to someone who needs similar work done.

100% recommend accurate leak and line for sewer replacement. I don't usually write reviews but the team at accurate leak and line is exceptional and for as big of a job as as a cast iron replacement you want nothing less than that. My primary contact was Christian who was always very professional and nice, and every single team member I interacted with carried that same level of professionalism and a geniune interest to do things correctly and keep things as tidy as possible. These guys work hard and efficient, showed up timely, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. Chad gave me my quote and talked me through the different options available to me, and his personal recommendation. David working the front desk followed up to get us scheduled. The dig/excavation crew showed up timely and put in quick work of extracting the soil and being very courteous always making sure to cover and tape areas off where they were working at the end of the day. Andres stopped by and got all the plumbing parts ready to go the day prior to the plumbing team arriving and was kind to explain how they planned plumbing everything. He also inspected the work of the excavation crew to make sure everything was properly exposed and accessible for the plumbing crew. The plumbing crew came in hot the next morning with up to 3 trucks at one time and got everything knocked out quick but more importantly correctly, always communicating with each other to make sure everyone was in sync. The dig/backfill team came back shortly after everything was plumbed and inspected (passed) and put in work to get everything backfilled and put things back the way they found it. I was impressed and honestly wish I got/remembered every crew member's name to thank them personally. You should always do your due diligence, but personally with a 10 year warranty to top it all off, accurate leak and line had me feeling confident I made the right choice in choosing them every step of the way.
