Uptown Appliances did a great job. Carlos was my specialist and he provided quick analysis of the problem. He was friendly and professional plus the turn around on the repair was one day. Uptown Appliances were flexible on scheduling and followed up after the service was complete.
Carlos came to fix our 10 year old kitchenaid ice maker. He did an outstanding job. Very professional and thorough. Stayed to answer all the questions we had. Highly recommend Carlos.
Carlos our technician was amazing. We had called a different appliance repair company and didn’t have much luck. Uptown Appliance and Carlos came out. Listened to us about what happened; then immediately went to work. He was able to fix our dishwasher in very short order. I highly recommend calling Uptown Appliance if you ever need repairs. Hopefully you get Carlos as your tech because he was able to handle our issues in a professional manner with a great attitude.
