Taking my laptop into Sewell for security checks was an easy and positive experience. Since I'm a retired school administrator with no access to IT instruction, I need help and reassurance. Luis did an spectacular job. He is efficient and great at what he does...and very timely. The young lady at the desk, I believe her name is Rene', was wonderful. The entire experience was very good. Sewelltech has handles our Apple products for the last couple years now. Very easy to communicate with. They follow up on what needs to be done.
