We bought a brand new house and got the water softer and the reverse osmosis with both systems we had problem not working properly, My under sink cabinet is damaged because it was leaking and they won’t fix it they said thats how it is supposed to be. And my water softener is leaking and it’s only been 2,5 years. Just to come they charge $100+. If you’re thinking to get a system get it ether somewhere with better quality and warranty because their warranty expires before you know it. Or buy it and install it your self and safe some money.

So impressed!!! First, I was given a 2 hour window of 1-3 and Ed & another gentleman showed up at 1. Second, they looked over my current system (I had shut it off for probably 5 years because the salt got solid) and took the time to see if my system worked... and it did!! Other companies just wanted to replace it ($1500+) and didn't even discuss or offer to see if my current system would work. They answered all my questions and got me back up and running for less than $100... which to me is divine intervention. Thirdly, I was initially booked out until mid January which was their first available and I asked if they could put me on a cancellation list. They got me moved up to today... happy customer with one less "to do" off my list! I will definitely call them again (when my system goes out I may use their monthly rental program) and send referrals... Thank you!!
