Don's Refinishing Service

We had an excellent experience with Don’s Refinishing Service. They refinished our wood coffee table in just one week—when other refinishers quoted three weeks. The pickup from our home was convenient and fairly priced. Our table, which was tricky to match, now looks better than new and feels much more protected than it ever did before. We are so pleased with the result and would absolutely rehire Don’s Refinishing Service. Highly recommended!

Had them refinish tables for a commercial project and they did not stain/refinish them the correct color after we provided a sample of what they needed to match. Took several months of calling them and having to follow up with them for them to correct the issue. Once the tables were returned they started chipping and scratching right away. We tried to confirm with them if they put a sealant on the top, but they would not return our calls. We wanted to add a stronger sealent/top coat to the tops, but they would not work with us to resolve the issue. When they did answer our calls, they said they would get back to us and never call back. We tried calling and sending emails for several months and to this day never heard back. Poor customer service and communication.
