We are building a house and Justin Zabrocki is our contact at Fireplace Stone & Patio. When we met, he was so knowledgeable and patient with us, showing us our many options. We picked out our outside stone, our inside stone (around fireplace) and decided on our fireplace insert. He was respectful of our budget and allowances, as well. The showroom is state and of the art, in our opinion. So glad Trademark Homes does business there.
Justin was my service tech. He was very professional and immediately determined what the problem was. Took his time got the work done right and even showed me how to work the new remote. Very pleased with this company and how quickly they came back to schedule work when the parts came in. They will be my go to for future fireplace needs.
We've had wonderful service from Fireplace Stone and Patio, servicing our old unit and installing a new one several years ago. Justin came out to service both today and was super knowledgeable, friendly and spent time answering any questions we had about the older unit that was having problems. He cleaned it up and it's back in working order again! Thanks Justin!
Responsive and expert service at a reasonable charge. Good communication from scheduling through completion of the job. Our extremely competent technician, Tony, diagnosed the lighting problem with our nearly 30-year-old gas fireplace quickly and made the necessary repairs. He also dressed up the appearance and plugged some holes where a draft had been coming into our living room. It now looks and works like new again. We recommend FSPN highly.
I had my gas fireplace installed by Fireplace Stone & Patio about 4 years ago. I have been 100% satisfied. Today I had my fireplace serviced by Justin and am still a happy customer. He was kind, courteous and helpful. I recommend this company!
