Omaha Door & Window

We had an amazing experience with Omaha door! Our builder use them for our garage doors, and when one stopped working after a couple months, they came out the very next day to get it fixed. It was a simple wiring issue, but while they were out, they noticed something amiss with the other door and fixed it while on site. It was something we had asked our builder about, but our builder did not validate our concerns. I was so grateful that they noticed it and fixed both doors so quickly!! It’s so hard to find quality workers that really care, but I would recommend this company for their prompt warranty appointment and going above and beyond!

I needed a garage door replaced. The original was from Omaha Door and Window so I called them. Ed Parker promptly came to my home and gave me options and an estimate. I was advised to get a quote from a big box store as well. So I did and Omaha Door and Window is $1,000.00 cheaper for the same quality door! Since I have 3 doors, I was able to get the door from the original manufacturer. It matches well. the color is real close to the original. No one will know unless they really look. Plus it has upgraded springs so it is quieter. I was told it would take 4 weeks to get the door but it came in 2 weeks. We scheduled the installation for the following week. the installer, Kelly, was prompt and courteous. And has a great sense of humor. He installed the door within 3 hours. It looks perfect and works better than the old door.

ODW was recommended by a friend who said they did really good work and were communicative throughout. I'm very happy to say that she was right and we had a very good experience with ODW. Appreciated that they talked with us about our budget and the options for our exterior door replacement, listened to our preferences. ODW also kept us updated while the door was ordered and kept us informed on the install date. Justin and Greg did a great job installing the door, they were tidy, quick, and efficient. The new installed door is such an improvement over what was in there before. We had a great experience and will consider ODW first when we need to replace any other doors or windows.
