Something happened at the Omaha restores about 3 years ago. They raised their prices astronomically! I'm so glad that council bluffs ReStore didn't follow suit. I donate my used building materials and furniture to the council bluffs ReStore because they resell them at a fair price.
Totally love the vibe here. (Of course, there are good deals). But the people that work there are incredible. Not just one, two, or three, but every person has a smile on there face and seems to go out of there way to explain things. Best overall customer service I've encountered in probably a decade. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
Just went in to check the place out. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Amazing staff so helpful. They helped load things and helped find prices on items they were just putting out for me. They helped me measure things as well. They have so much furniture ! Lots of unique things for your home. They set it up very nice too. They have that hard to find hardware for old things. They have repurposed things. They have paint too. Flooring options. This is a place that takes donated items from your home remodel and sells them. This location has amazing plants as well. Check them out.
Everyone here is so helpful and they work so hard. They organize everything so well in comparison to other thrift style stores. They also pay a lot of attention to the quality of what they're reselling. I've never worked about bugs in the furniture or rot in wood. This place is full of awesome finds and constantly moving stock. Make sure to check out the 2nd floor and look up for things hanging from the ceilings in some spaces. 😘
