Burton's tune-up is thorough and for a great price. We had Frank and Dylan perform our HVAC and furnace maintenance. Frank is awesome and explained everything in detail and I never felt like he was trying to up sell us. Dylan did a great job supervising all the work being done. I would recommend Burton!
I wish every home/appliance/elec/tech service company took a page outta Burtons customer service book. Very professional. They COMMUNICATE and they care. Always satisfied when working with them.. definitely recommend the gold service plan. You're paying for peace of mind. And they provide that and much more. 10 stars if I could
Sean came out and did a wonderful job he was courteous he continued working on the drain until he was sure that it was flowing good with no backup. Clean up was spectacular he left nothing laying around. Explained completely what was going on and gave options on a quick fix or a complete clean out of the pipe. We decided to go complete clean out which was spectacular. We are a regular VIP customer of Burton's and will not leave them because of the spectacular service that we get.
John was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I really felt like he was looking out for our/our homes best interest. He was very thorough with his assessment and took his time explaining answers to all of my questions. Austin was equally helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Very pleased with my Burton interaction so far and they have most definitely earned my business at this time.
Very quick response, Mike Svac was very timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Had a new water heater installed and running in 45 minutes. Also shared general information on keeping faucets clean from calcium due to the hard water in the area. Great experience, 100% recommend. Burton has always been there for us!
