We have a very "vintage" computer (2009) with Windows 7. We were concerned that we would have to purchase a newer one when the computer's USB ports were not working anymore. I found Dior Computer Repair on line and it was very easy to get to in our hometown. Francois was a great help for fixing our antique. He was very patient with our computer problem plus patient with us old "folks". Excellent service, texted and called to explain in detail what was being done. Reasonable repair bill. Very nice and friendly young man! Call this business for any computer/laptop problems!

I was working remotely when all of a sudden I got a black screen of death on my laptop! I googled to find a repair facility to take a look (after trying & failing to find a solution myself) and I found Dior Computer Repair which was the highest rated, and for good reason as I found! Francois was extremely professional, prompt, responsive and helped me find a new screen for the most reasonable price. He explained how my issue could have arisen, so hopefully it doesn't happen again. He repaired the issue so quickly that I did not encounter any issues with work. 10/10 I highly recommend to anyone in need of computer repair/servicing!
