Great service and readily available when others are short staffed and overbooked. I appreciate the fast turnaround to having our washer fixed by Mr. Appliance. Their team was even kind enough to call and see if we'd like an earlier time window by two full days and we took it so we could get back to it.
Justin introduced himself and handed me his card. When I showed him the washer he got right to work diagnosing the issue. He quickly dissambled it and found the broken part, he said he might have one in his truck but he also had a parts place right down the street if he did not have the part. Unfortunately, he did not have the part and needed to go get one. He was super fast in retrieving the part and had it installed and back together in a flash. He tested the washer and was done faster than Santa on Christmas. Thank you Justin, and thank you Trustworthy Appliance! I will be calling on you again when the need arises.
We needed our washer fixed, and they did a great job! Stayed in communication with us. Our service person was Justin and he was polite and fixed our washer properly. They had to order a belt and was able to order it, had it delivered the following day and fixed the washer the day after that. We are more than happy with the service we received! Highly recommend.
