I would highly recommend Lafayette Auto Plus!! After being rear ended they made my car look new again! Both Ivan and Daniel were extremely professional and some of the friendliest guys I ever dealt with. Their attention to detail and communication was amazing. If you ever need your vehicle fixed they are the place to go. I promise you will not regret it and will have a great experience with a company that truly cares!
Took my car here to get fixed due to a collision accident, Ivan is the man with the plan. He made sure i was aware of how long the process will take to be replace and did a touch on my car plus detailed the inside. He also made sure I had a reasonable deductible with me being involved in a hit and run. Thank you all
We worked with Ivan, he was extremely professional and easy to work with. We told him we didn't have full coverage and he worked with us within our budget to fix the vehicle back to new.He went the extra mile taking care of our all our issues. Their workmanship was excellent. Had our vehicle back in a week after hitting a deer. Very impressed. Looked better than new. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND your company. They were accurate with the estimate and time it took to repair after I hit a deer. The repair seems to be quality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. I noticed a small crack in a piece of trim under the hood and they replaced it for me on the spot. Also gave me a free shirt. Excellent service these guys pay attention to details for sure.
