Desert Wireless iPhone Repair

I had my iphone screen repaired at Desert Wireless here in las vegas by Wookie and Le. They handled the repair carefully and the phone looks as if it came right from the factory. They communicated clearly were fair on price and respected my time. I said I would leave a review because the service was done correctly and with pride in the workmanship. This is a team I would recommend to anyone who needs their phone repaired properly.

I was just on my TikTok account and it came up on my for you page of what they did to JJ 04 I went to them once before and I had an issue with my phone because I’m 53. I don’t know much about iPhones but I know that I had a lot of problems after I went there now it all makes sense honestly and truly you need to take them to small claims court. You can go right there downtown and hardly cost anything if you have no income or if you’re on welfare, it doesn’t cost you anything to file against them I am big on reviews and I can tell you that you need to stand up and do more than what you’re doing JJ 04

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I brought my iphone 14pro max in for a simple repair, and they completely destroyed it. WOOKIE (the owner) stole my original parts, replaced my real iPhone screen with a cheap off-brand one, and swapped my battery for a used one that made my phone overheat until it was too hot to even touch. I had to go back four different times for them to “fix” what they messed up, but they don’t do refunds just excuses. The shop always has shady people going in and out, and the owner is constantly handling large amounts of cash and swapping items around with sus looking people, which just makes the whole environment feel off and unprofessional. I’m pretty sure a lot of their five-star reviews are fake because they read nothing like real customer experiences. It’s honestly sad because they took advantage of a young girl just trying to get her phone fixed and ended up costing me even more money when I had to pay someone else to repair the damage they caused. $500 down the drain smh! ⚠️ FOR ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS CON ARTIST WOOKIE NGUYEN REPORT HIM TO⚠️ ‼️➡️ Better Business Bureau‼️‼️ ONLY WAY TO GET JUSTICE
