GREAT place! The airline baggage system ate our bag handle (tore the top handle off) and Richard was kind enough to get it repaired in less than 24-hours for a very reasonable cost. I strongly recommend you give him a call and consider. Excellent service and now, better than new. He was fantastic!

Wow! When I was looking for someplace to get the strap of an inexpensive bag repaired, I sure didn't expect to find a hidden gem like this place! Not only was my bag fixed beautifully on the spot for next to nothing by the friendly owner, but I found out he's the son of the owner of another great shoe & leather repair shop I had gone to for many years, so talent, great customer service & love of the craft obviously runs in this family! And, they also replace watch batteries! I'm looking around the house now for other stuff that needs fixing. This place is a serious find!

Took my Louis Vuitton purse to have the strap sewed. He did a perfect job. I can't tell which strap it was. He even cleaned the bag for me; looks brand new.
