I stopped by Doctors of Technology on 5/15/25 with my super old, but reliable laptop. Although it works perfectly fine and does everything I need it to, I dropped it one too many times and it has reached a point where I cannot close it without fear that it’s going to eventually snap in half. I asked if it could be repaired so that it can open and close with ease, Jermey (I believe that’s his name, I’m not too sure) assured me that it could be repaired, but also offered me another solution: A newer, much better quality laptop for slightly more money than it would cost to repair my old one. He walked me through the differences between my laptop and the ones he had for sale, was cut and dry about pricing for both, patiently answered all my questions and within minutes I was walking out with a newer, better, faster laptop. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, the customer service I received and the overall experience with Doctors of Technology. Good job, guys!

My laptop was not working and was old. I was able to buy another laptop and they transferred everything from my old laptop to the new one all in under an hour. I’m happy with my new one and was able to get right back to work. My husband’s laptop was overheating and needed a new fan. They ordered the part for us and called when iff tv was in. Fast service, knowledgeable and reasonable prices.

Jeremy and Phil are great guys. I needed to run windows 11 and my old computer didn’t allow it because it was an old chip. I took in a 2017 Ryzen 1800 X, after my botched upgrade to a Ryzen 5800x. The computer would start up and then immediately shut off. It turned out my cooler went bad. It was perfectly diagnosed. They put a new cooler and everything worked perfectly. They updated me from windows 10 to windows 11, without even asking me! Also recommended I put a fan in a spot in the case that it needed one. Computer is working great, and much faster. Loving windows 11. Thanks guys.
