Exceptional Glass

We were thrilled to find a locally owned business to do our custom glass shower enclosure and Exceptional Glass did not disappoint! From the original quote with Chris, to the jobsite measure with Kyle and installation with Brent and his team - every contact was pleasant and professional. The finished product is beautiful, of very high quality and exactly what we wanted - at a very fair price. We would highly, confidently recommend their products and services.

Exceptional installed our shower enclosure too high, came back multiple times and drilled more holes in our custom tile, but the installation was still too high and leaked. Their 'solution' was a temporary stick on vinyl ugly fin at the the door bottom. I suggested a different fix, but Exceptional abandoned us for seventeen months only to send us a bill for unfinished work later. They threatened collections action and did not offer to fix their work. We eventually settled on a lower price for the job, but I would have preferred that the installation was done right to begin with.

We recently bought a home with 18 year old double pane windows. Some of them had begun to fog & leak between the panes. The folks at Exceptional Glass came quickly to assess the problem, and then professionally replaced the 7 faulty panes, including stationary and sliding ones, including a large patio window. Exceptional Glass was a subcontractor on a home remodel we completed about four years ago. I recently contacted them because our shower door had started popping. They sent a technician out who fixed the issue within minutes. I also showed him another shower door, installed by a different contractor, that was leaking. He explained he would need to get a part and returned the following day to make the repair, which fully resolved the issue. What impressed me most was that there was no charge at all.
