Don is very knowledgeable and helpful. My PC was beyond help, and he was able to get me into a new setup for a reasonable rate, and I was even able to see him put it together. Very happy with my experience and would recommend to others.

I took my kids two older, under powered, machines in and asked Don for his advice on upgrading them. By the time Don had worked his technical magic, I took home two upgraded gaming machines and an awesome new gaming powerhouse machine for less than the cost of a couple of midrange computers from Costco. Don is a great guy and his custom game builds are absolutely top notch. I can’t recommend him enough. He can work on any computer, he is honest and he really cares about his customers. Best tech-guy ever!
Don seems knowledgeable about his craft. Quoted me a reasonable upfront price, instead of by-the-hour, and springing a bullcrap bill on me at the end. Real nice guy. Got me in immediately, and fixed my issue same day within a few hours. Definitely recommend, will be back for any future issues.
Don is very friendly and amazing at what he does. I came in with my old PC and some new parts I thought were compatible with it I had bought to upgrade my setup. He gave me an extremely reasonable quote on the phone before I came in, and once I was there he got right to work. Quickly, we both found out the RAM I had brought was DDR4, and the motherboard was DDR3 (despite ChatGPT telling me otherwise, AI doesn't know what it's talking about half the time, I swear) and he basically gave it to me straight up and told me the honest truth that my PC was both 14 years old and not worth upgrading. He did not charge me for the attempt, but still I was a little dissapointed, mostly in my own research skills. Then—a miracle! Don texts me and says he just remembered about a spare unit he was selling that was not only newer than what I had, but within my budget and able to fit the other parts I had brought in! He kindly held onto it for me for a few days while I gathered the money, and once I came in he worked very fast. I will certainly come to him next time I need anything regarding my PC. Love the new gaming machine~ God bless
