Ryan was very nice and knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions and talked me through what he was doing! Super great experience. I pay a monthly service fee which is very reasonable and they come out twice a year and clean, check and do any maintenance! Highly recommend!
David is very knowledgeable. Arrives on times and gives great advice so you can make a good decision on what you need. They care about quality and use the best water heaters so you don’t run into trouble and have the water heaters that last a lot longer than the average.
Eric showed up in the scheduled time window. He communicated what service he was providing clearly and consicley. He was professional the entire visit and I could tell he cared about the work he was doing. Repairs went as I hoped and we have reliable heat again. I really appreciated his professionalism with my very curious 5 year old. Thanks Air Stars for sending one of your best.
