Jose was great to work with! He responded to my inquiry within just a couple hours of sending it. He was very responsive in continued messages. He ran a free diagnostics to help me figure out what issue my laptop was having. It ended up being a manufacturer issue, so Jose pointed me in the right direction of what to do next! I appreciated his willingness to help me. I would recommend his services to anyone I can! :)

I just got my laptop back (first clue as to the 5 star review) today. I dropped it off on Friday - today is Sunday. Jose had this fixed on Saturday. His place of business is between 45 - 60 minutes from where I live BUT after reading his 5 star rating, I figured it was worth the drive. Best person ever. Great communication and super person to do business with. Small business but you can't do better than to have confidence in his ratings because he's proven he has earned the respect of his customers. It is very seldom that you can consistently earn such high praise. Totally recommend.
