I would have overpaid if I accepted their repairs. The repair cost me $34 at the Napa by Downs Boulevard. Davis quoted me $800. They said I needed to repair a sensor. The engine filter was bad, and they also said the cabin filter was bad. The cabin filter was replaced two months ago. They come to me and say that's actually okay. They bring the price down to $650. Repairs are needed for the sensor and engine filter. Left, because I had a lot of things to do, and to get another perspective. As I said before, the Napa by Downs Boulevard replaced the engine filter, for free, and sold me the part for $34. The sensor is okay too. I drove away from Napa and the engine light is on no more. I had an appointment for 10am and waited for what seemed like 1 hour for an engine light check. The engine light check at Davis cost me $130. It's free at the Napa.
Excellent service. So polite and professional. Always have the car ready when they tell us it will be done and they clean it up for you too. They have been taking care of our 3 cars for 20 years! Highly recommended their honest service.
