I bought a used BMW 328i that was in good shape mechanically, but the convertible hard top wouldn’t close properly. I left it with Fritz Garage and waited for a $1000 repair bill. Bob called a short time later and said I didn’t owe him anything. The tool kit had gotten wedged and kept the top from closing completely. With Fritz Garage, you can count on knowledge, honesty and integrity. He can usually work you in quickly, don’t let the full parking lot make you think otherwise.
I have an older BMW 550i which had several nagging issues limiting its performance. They took the time to.work trough these and only replaced the parts required. This saved me a substantial amount on injectors, coils & ABS module problems. I've found Fritz to be generally quick when possible and communicative when issues require trouble shooting. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Bob did a fantastic repair on my Volvo. My wife and I were traveling to Minnesota when our check engine light came on. We made an appt and Bob made the necessary repairs the same day so we could continue our journey northwards. He is extremely knowledgeable about european vehicles and we couldn't be more happier. We highly recommend his services!
Bob has been great to work with on my air cooled Porsche. He has also worked on and kept our daughters older Landrover going to get her thru college. He has been honest on repairs and the amount of time required to order parts and get the job done. I will definitely be using his garage again for general maintenance and repairs.
