Reliable Automotive is hands-down one of the best auto shops we’ve ever worked with! We brought in our 1999 Buick after another shop told us we needed a new engine. Thankfully, Reliable has experienced mechanics—including an engine specialist—who took the time to properly diagnose the issue and got our car running again for a fraction of the cost. We are so happy that we didn't lose our reliable old LeSabre! John Ferguson and Mike Pickens went above and beyond, providing excellent communication, fair pricing, and genuine care throughout the process. We returned to Reliable Automotive for work on our car that needed replacing the headlights as well as a console screen. These replacements are extremely time consuming and labor intensive. Great experience working with John and the Reliable Automotive team with my 14 year old Honda Accord. John and his co-worker were not only able to identify and fix my major strut issue but also fixed some small things that had been needed for a few years (fuel cap broken, worn down brake pedal, missing engine cover). Everything was done perfectly and quickly. The price was right and I have absolutely no issues or complaints after the work was completed. I highly recommend this business and will be returning soon to have my other vehicle inspected and serviced as needed. Thanks!
