DJ, came to my house to do an estimate. Come to find out the 2015 washing machine doesn't make parts. When Dave's son, 5 months ago said it was an easy fix. Their office is a hit or miss when it comes to hours of operation. They indicated a part for a fridge to be $270, when the labor, part and shipping is not that price. The item about $50 and it take two seconds to screw it in. They are ripping off the customers who they believe is an easy prey.
We had excellent service from Dave Taylor appliance! They were so patient with us and our home warranty, and I would even say they went to bat for us with our warranty company. DJ was super friendly and just did the job. Very trustworthy people, we weren’t even home when they installed our furnace and I felt more than comfortable with them entering our home. This was also my first time as a new homeowner, having something major replaced, and they set the bar really high!
Will definitely use David again! He showed up at the time promised. Then he immediately located the source of the "fail to drain" error on our dishwasher. He found and removed fragments of broken glass from the pump impeller. Glad to have our dishwasher working again!
