Custom Concepts did an amazing job on updating the upholstery on my 2016 4Runner. They made the process easy and finished the job quickly, staying until 10:00PM to finish. They are very friendly and helpful at deciding what color combinations to use. I would enthusiastically recommend them if you need your vehicle re upholstered.
It was definitely a family atmosphere . Kid, dogs,wife & husband but still took time to explain the difference and showing me why the different cost in materials. I just purchased a new truck with cloth interior that is not going to work. We are currently saving money and planning on having them replace the interior .
I shared some before and after pictures. I asked Harley to replace the fabric and wood if he had too. Most all the wood had to be replaced, cool good job there. The colors were matched perfectly too. I was not as happy with the stitching. So, I went back and Harley explained he took the 25 year old seats apart and used the old fabric as the exact pattern for the new. I guess Harley did not see any room for improving what was there. Maybe I should have done a better job taping the old seats back together. And I would have had I known that it was going to be the exact pattern for the new material. I said to use yor supplier for what ever materials you needed. Even paid extra the day before I pick up the seats. Everyday is a school day.
