Absolute Heating & Air

The Absolute team was very friendly and personable. However after paying $587 ($79 service and $500 for a diagnostic) they thought the sequencers needed replaced after being at my home for five hours. The lowest quote they gave me was $1200. Feeling skeptical, I got a second opinion, needless to say the other company has my heat pump working in a winter storm and I only had to pay a $90 service charge with them. Absolute tries to oversell (memberships, custom filters, etc.,) and seem to overcharge. Trey my service tech did an awesome job, he answered all my questions in detail and went over everything with me so I knew what was going on at every step. He also reviewed my system and pointed out options to upgrade or improve based on new standards, not because he was trying to make a sale but just so I had all the information possible so my heating and cooling system worked efficiently and effectively. He was kind professional and a huge help, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs.

Great experience. Old HVAC went out while out of town. They worked with me to facilitate temporary fix, and I ended up deciding to replace the whole system. They worked under a quick timeline and everything was seamless and followed up with me to ensure everything was to my expectations. Market priced, great service.
