This was our second time purchasing from Don's and we couldn't be more pleased. The entire process from sales to delivery and installation was flawless. The delivery team was exceptional - making it to us on New Years eve day with all of the weather issues we faced. They took the time to explain our new applliances to us and made sure we had no questions or concerns before they left. Another 5 star experience from Don's. Thank you!!

This delivery crew was the best ever. Within 2 minutes of arrival time. They walked us through every step. Removing the old refrigerator took no time. They set up the water line quickly. Told us what to do to ensure clean water and that various aspects of the ice maker system—four types of ice— were set up properly and that we knew how to use them. Taught us how to set the wheels, rolling or non-rolling. They ensured the fridge was level and we knew how to adjust. Made sure temp was set for every part and showed us some special features as well ans how to turn them off as we wish. They took care to clean up as they worked to install the refrig. They had good humor and goodwill. Polite, very professional. We were most impressed I’m sorry I did not get their names in written form but think one was Fernando and his partner was Armando. Hope so. They are great represtatives for your company.
