The delivery team was exceptional - making it to us on New Years eve day with all of the weather issues we faced. Outstanding experience at Dons appliance. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Additionally, their prices were the best in town. Delivery and installation will be within days compared to others that were 10 days plus. The delivery guys were top notch. Very professional and experienced. They ensured all was good with the dishwasher (leaks etc…) before they left. This was my first time visiting Dons appliance. Won’t be my last. Thank you.

This delivery crew was the best ever. Within 2 minutes of arrival time. They walked us through every step. Removing the old refrigerator took no time. They set up the water line quickly. Told us what to do to ensure clean water and that various aspects of the ice maker system—four types of ice— were set up properly and that we knew how to use them. Taught us how to set the wheels, rolling or non-rolling. They ensured the fridge was level and we knew how to adjust.
