⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Top-tier craftsmanship and customer service!” Crush Customs absolutely exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. The attention to detail on my custom leather seats was next-level — everything looks and feels like it came straight from a luxury vehicle. They walked me through the process, gave great recommendations, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. You can tell everyone there takes pride in their work. If you want quality, style, and service you can trust, this is the place. Highly recommend Crush Customs to anyone who wants their car interior done right the first time!
This review is a must to help out all my fellow car and truck enthusiasts. What aggravation Crush has put me through. I chose a simple color match design for my 2025 Ford F-150 with less than 600 miles on the odometer, a black interior with the standard stone stitching. Upon ordering and leaving a deposit on (10/6), I did my best to avoid any issues and asked that Jen McCall please call me when the kit arrives and please check it over. Jen stated that she normally does not look over items, but in this situation because of drive distance that she would. Jen did not keep her word and never even bothered to call to let me know the kit came in. Directly from leaving Crush Customs (10/10), I noticed there were three dents on my truck, “(see exhibit A)” and the stitches were blue,”(see exhibit B)”. Two out of three dents cannot be removed, what a devastating blow. Jen asked for photos of the damage and did not respond or apologize. Now later, I came to find out after doing hours of intense researching and driving around to dealerships in which they have worked for and other installers, the stitching was in fact blue and not stone. Confirmation came from a sample Katzkin sent me of black seat material with stone stitching, Please “(see exhibit C)”. I had to do my research and get all my facts together before accusing anyone of wrongdoing. I contacted Jen at Crush Customs after doing my research on 10/20, and automatically she went into defense mode. I was wrong; my stitching was not blue and basically it was all in my head. She even sent me some kind of weird blue dress theory, please “(see exhibit D)”. Keep in mind, I asked to have a phone conference with Jen and the owner, Chelsea Allen, but at that time she was not in the office. I have never heard from Chelsea since meeting her on the day of the install, as if she wants nothing to do with any issues that occur at her place of business. So, I received a call 12 days after initially contacting Jen at crush customs with the complaint about the blue stitching. The call came from another employee I have never dealt with at 4:28 pm, two minutes before they close on a Friday (10/31). So it will now be another several days before we speak. It just disgust me that a company would ghost me like they did and not take a second to reach out to see what was going on. I had to do all the legwork to prove to Crush Customs that I was not wrong and the stitching was in fact blue. They should have been the ones to contact the manufacturer not me. Now, come to find out they are being reimbursed absolutely every dollar from Katzkin due to the quality defect. I will revise this review to let all know what happens this upcoming Thursday with the new install.. We shall see how Crush Customs takes care of issues like this. Katzkin is helping with $100 towards my fuel, not seen any reimbursement as of 11/1. All reimbursements should be forwarded back to me, the customer. Beware dealers and be sure to check for damages done on your very expensive vehicles. They will take no responsibility. Also, check the stitching; who knows how many of these were produced. You will receive no help from Crush Customs. Properly run businesses should take account of wrongdoing. Today’s a wake-up call. Do the right thing and take a second to listen to the customer. Remember, the customer is why you are here! Update - 11/6/2025 If this was how the transaction was done in the first place, Crush Customs would have earned a five-star review. I can't change what has happened in my review above, but I will say that they are capable. Cameron is a fine gentleman. Chelsea needs to do everything in her power to keep that man on their team. Katzkin sent out a complete new set to color match my OEM stitches, stone in color. Looks fantastic! Thank you, Cameron, for taking care of the second go-round and making sure everything was done correctly.
Crush Customs came highly recommended by a friend who rarely recommends unless he was completely satisfied. When they did the seats in my Corvette I opted for the emblem on the headrest. When I picked it up the job that they did was awesome. Unfortunately they received seats that had the wrong emblem on the headrest. When I called it to their attention they were immediately on it to get it corrected and did so in a very reasonable amount of time. They do fantastic work and they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Their quality control is second to none and I have since recommended them to several of my friends and family. Thanks for an awesome job well done.
