Haven’t actually had any work done here. Just a big inconvenience I called in days ahead and before actually traveling from Gwinnett county and I specifically asked if this business worked on Mercedes. The lady who I had been speaking with told me yes. I get there and then they don’t work on Mercedes lol. .
My Lexus rear seats were damaged with large holes. Replacing the whole seat system or working through the dealership would have been costly. This team fixed the leather so you can't even tell work was done, and also replaced foam cushioning where it was needed. The price was fair. If I ever have issues again in the future they will be my first stop.
Cesar and his team did a great upholstery repair on the day promised at the price he stated. I'll use K&C should the need arise again.
