Edit 2/20/26: We had a water pipe burst in our kitchen, Craftsman Plumbing sent out Zach to take a look at the offending plumbing and give us a quote on repairs/replacements right away. Again Zach was friendly, professional, and respectful. The damaged plumbing was fixed w/in 24hrs of our first meeting. I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone in the future, and intend to use them for any future plumbing needs. Jan 2026: Monty was friendly, professional, and respectful. We first reached out to Craftsman plumbing for a new water heater, they soon after sent Monty out to assess our current situation, provide estimates, and discuss what the project would entail. They were then able to get us scheduled with in a month (during the holiday season). While Monty was in our house he was always respectful. He completed the job quickly and other than a new furnace and his card left no trace of his visit. If we require any future plumbing or water work we will be requesting Monty for the work.
