Level of customer service is trash. Came in there Friday morning asking him to diagnose the laptop. He told me give me couple hours and I will give you a call back with the results and I left. Guess what??? No call all day. Went by the next day guess what??? Even though the hours say they opened they are not. At this point Im given him the benefit of the doubt..maybe there was an emergency. Came back Monday morning 10:22....guess what? Not opened....Roll back around 2 hrs later they are open but he can't find me in the system then he goes to the back and apparently finds my laptop and try to run a diagnostic real fast. At that point I just said "I will come back". He then said "it should take about 30 mins Ill call you whens its complete with what I found...surprise surprise no call back. Came back the next day, girl still can't find me in the computer...ask the guy and he finally said it's the battery if you want me to order it it will be a couple of days $129....NO THANK YOU. With service like this I would have it back in a month. If you are booked and busy JUST SAY THAT. Don't make false promises you can't keep. Communication skills trash UPDATE: Battery prices range from $10-$40. Purchase a quality hp battery and guess what...computer doing the same thing. So I paid $60 for the wrong diagnostic.
