Amazing store. I came across Bitjump while searching online. At first I was skeptical since I had never heard of the store. I took a chance anyway and I’m glad I did. First order took 2 days (Utah to CA) and everything was in excellent condition. Boxed up and wrapped to keep it safe during shipment. Then I placed a second larger order and every game was in perfect condition. Not a single disc was scratched. Again, shipping was 2 days and everything was boxed up and wrapped up. Bitjump has become my go to. I literally check their website daily for games. Very glad I came across the website.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been getting back into 3DS and have been pleasantly surprised by the great selection of classic games. Very fairly priced, as well, especially compared to what you could find on Amazon or eBay. I found out they also do repairs, so I brought my OG Nintendo Switch in, since the battery has been having issues. They were able to fix it in just a few days. I also like how their online store is regularly updated. Definitely a lot to love about this place!

Awesome little store. Absolutely love coming here, albeit not as often as I would like to. The staff are always super friendly, and you can tell they're passionate about the things they're selling. Chris and Jordan truly are a joy to talk to. The 90 day pre-owned warranty is also a huge plus. Very generous, and makes sure the games you buy are working well. Not to mention they have a fantastic selection of repair kits too, ranging from battery kits, to stick kits, and a couple other things too. I wish I had known a little sooner that they have replacement batteries for handhelds, but next time this will be my stop instead of eBay for that. I hear they also do a great job with larger repairs if you bring your console in, but I can't speak on that from personal experience. All in all, if you want a great store to pick up used and new games, with a great selection of older titles, absolutely give Bitjump a visit. You won't regret it!
