He replaced 2 parts and cleaned my heat pump inside and out and the charge was very low!!! He explained everything he did and also told me what to try if I have future issues before I called them !!!! Very nice !! I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Our old AC system went out and I called, and Lonnie came and diagnosed it correctly. We had to have a new unit they ordered and came when they said they would, and Dustin and Jordan came installed the new unit and done an excellent job. I strongly recommend Cosby Heating and Cooling. The cost was very competitive especially the quality equipment they used.
