***UPDATE: now Conway responds to this review by asking ME to call THEM. Lol. Can't make this stuff up. I called and asked for a supervisor TWICE - the day of failed service and again two days later. Never heard back. Add poor customer service to this ridiculousness. I've canceled my HVAC tune-up with them for 3/16. ----------- Conway advertised a $79 main drain cleanout with free camera inspection. Master shower, tub and toilet blocked. An issue I've had resolved easily before. But these two techs were worthless. It was a total bait and switch. They didn't have a camera at all. Then tried to tell me the offer didn't apply and it would be in excess of $300 to resolve. They never even attempted to troubleshoot the issue (again, one I'm familiar with) and asked if I wanted to use someone else. Here's the kicker: said I had to pay for them to come out. I almost lost my religion before kicking them out. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time waiting for such incompetence. This actually deserves 0 stars because Jacob Knight was the tech who refused to diagnose an issue that was resolved in less than 5 minutes. ***UPDATE: Use Mister Greenway! Runs similar promotion without a bait and switch. Very professional, detailed and swift. Problem solved in under 5 minutes. They were prompt with service within 2 hours after those cons from Conway left my premises.
