The team was wonderful very knowledgeable and polite. Oscar the 1st technician very through and discovered a carbon dioxide leak and gave me several options and I choose to replace my 15 year old unit. Oscar set up appt with Ryan in sales and Ryan came out with in the hour and I choose to replace both heat & ac units since both were 15 yrs old. The next day the install team came Daniel and his crew were GREAT I'm sorry if I don't remember everyone name I think it was Matt, Landon & Josh. A GREAT bunch of talented and courteous young men

Solace technicians performed a very thorough install! It’s easy for other technicians to find places to do mediocre work and get away with it. These guys went above and beyond ensuring issues created by previous installs were corrected to allow for the best performance this go-around. Thank you Aaron and team for such incredible attention to detail!

We had a great experience with Solace, especially Alex. He was extremely thorough with the inspection, clearly explained his findings, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. We really appreciated how responsive and detailed Alex was, particularly regarding air quality concerns in our home. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend! everything was quick, easy and explained in depth. First call, Molly made sure she took care of me, she made sure it was easy to make an appointment. The first technician that came out to assess the situation was very straight forward and honest. I called on a Wednesday fully expecting to hear bad news about my furnace. As expected I ended up having to have it replaced. It was late into the night, I didn’t feel rushed at all! By the next day they replaced my entire central air/ heat unit.
