We have been with Frase for 5 years and only received excellent service. When we need a service call they are quick, efficient, and polite. They have come quicker than promised every time. All the devices we’ve used in our home have worked well and been user-friendly.

Patrick Kelly did excellent work on my security system. He was polite, professional and he knew exactly what to do to fix my issue. He arrived when he said he would. He had what he needed on his vehicle to correct the problem. He told me his concerns about nail holes ( which was no big deal). He was exactly the service provider I had hoped to come to my home. He also knew everything about my new doorbell and answered all my questions. BTW, all of the service I have received from Frase has been top notch. Please keep up the good work. Joan Thomas

Frase was very responsive to all requests and offered reasonable pricing, excellent phone access and outstanding in home technical equipment installation and instruction on the use of their remote app. Having a local company with established coverage in the area promises to be a strong advantage over a distant nationwide company with little dedication to working with the customer.

Frase team is excellent!! Especially the alarm installation team! They are so patient and knowledgeable! So excited that I switched! My old company didn’t even realize that they were offline all day until I called them. High tech but easy to use app too.
