I felt comfortable asking him advice about other issues and he spoke to each of them with confidence. Service was good but price was a 90% increase over the last time I had this service done, which was a little more than a year ago. To Owner: I've talked to a couple of people in your office who attempted to help but they were unable to explain the 90% increase in cost. They were supposed to have someone call me back to discuss. I look forward to hearing from you. You should have my number in your files.

I called Mr Rooter because a neighbor had a good experience with them. I'm glad I did. The person that came to the house was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The job was done very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I will continue to use them in the future.
Jacob and his helper did a great job! The removed a broken instant hot water dispenser and replaced it with a new one. They were polite and courteous and I will highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
