We began the pre construction phase with Concord Homes in November, and from day one they have been beside us every step of the way. They helped redesign our plans, walked us through options we didn’t even know we had, and even connected us with a loan specialist who could meet our unique needs. Jeff, the owner, has truly treated us like family. He made it a priority to ensure his entire team understood our vision and expectations and worked hard to get us to where we are today. We are a very picky couple and know what we want, and Concord Homes met us there. From contract adjustments to interior design decisions, they were patient, flexible, and detail oriented. What really stood out was Jeff’s leadership. When something didn’t feel right or could be done better, he didn’t hesitate to step in and make sure it was done correctly from the start. That level of integrity is rare. Tyler on the pre construction team was phenomenal. He helped with design and all interior finishes, and honestly, it felt like he was designing his own home in the best way possible. From custom cabinetry recommendations to bathroom layout guidance, his input was thoughtful, honest, and incredibly valuable. We truly felt cared for throughout the entire pre construction process and are very much looking forward to breaking ground in March. We are confident in the quality work Concord Homes will bring to our forever home. Simply put, Concord Homes was able to do what other general contractors could not. We couldn’t be more grateful or excited.

Concord completed our dream home this November 2025. The staff was great to work with. No construction project goes perfectly and Concord worked with us to correct any issues with a fair resolution. The project was completed on time and on budget. Concord is a custom builder and they don't take the cookie cutter short cuts you'll find with national builders. We picked our home from one of their plans however we were able to make modifications to design to make it our perfect home.
