Took my laptop here to get it either fixed or just transfer the files onto a flash drive. I thought it might not be worth fixing but for no additional charge they think it can be fixed and are gonna try. They tell you about costs upfront and call about any progress or to get ur approval for work done. Highly recommend as this business was recommended to me from a techy guy. Shout out to Brayden at the front desk. He is excellent!!

Was having internal microphone issues that got fixed with a simple reset done by them in 10 minutes once before (no charge) and a few weeks later the microphone would stop picking up sound intermittently all of a sudden. I took it back over because I forgot how it was fixed the last time. After less than 30 minutes I got a call it was fixed by a manufacturer driver update. He typed up instructions of how to do it if I ever had the problem again and then I was on my way. They're very customer oriented, I found the fee to evaluate a computer to be reasonable, and I had a wonderful experience with them. I won't think twice before returning for any computer issues in the future.
