Totally rebuilt a vintage small ladies watch! Watchmakers are few and far between.. took a while but it was definitely worth the wait..

This is my far the most selfless jewelry repair shop within a 500 mile radius…great repair services, great pricing, and even more amazing employees. They all have great character as well. If I could get 10/5 stars I would. Thank you for sticking around Toledo and provided non stop amazing service. You have not only a customer, but a family member in me.

Great watch work! Had a tricky Crystal replacement and a pressure test. Both executed perfectly. Enjoyed the experience. Tori is knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. 10/10 Would recommend

I brought in a vintage plastic watch, 40 years old, collectible, for a battery change. I got this watch in mint condition (new old stock). I asked Fulkerson’s to change the battery without scratching the watch face. They put the watch face down on a wooden work bench when unscrewing the back of the case with a screwdriver. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. They should have used a soft rag or a mat to protect the plastic watch face from scratching. They offered me the battery replacement for free when I complained but I would have preferred if they had just listened to me in the first place.
