Amazing service, I've been here multiple times with different computers. Mateen and staff are always non-judgemental, kind, and wiling to teach. They are reasonable and also do work in the community to help seniors.

Owner Mateen Jaffer was absolutely wonderful in helping me transition to a new laptop. He handled the transfer of my files and applications seamlessly, making sure everything on my new computer functioned exactly as I needed it to. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the time he spent patiently explaining the OneDrive cloud storage system and sharing best practices for file organization and management. Thanks to his guidance, I now feel confident that my files are both secure and consistently accessible going forward. This is the second time I’ve used Jafferson Computer, and once again I’m thoroughly impressed by the exceptional expertise, professionalism, and genuinely personalized support they provide. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality computer services.
Needed a standard 12V power cord for our modem (we lost ours), what I believe was the manager gave us an up front price for $50 and asked a worker to go find one. These power cords go for $10 at Walmart. An extreme upcharge for something this simple. We walked out and went to the Xfinity across the street and they gave us a power cord for free. Beware of this place, they seem to prey on people unfamiliar with tech and the average price of items, especially after reading some of the other reviews. I would highly recommend the tech shop "Arbor Computers" that's just a few miles away. I've taken my items there a few times for repairs I couldn't do and they've been very helpful.
I needed to transition from a desktop with Windows 10pro to a new desktop with Windows 11home. Mateen and Luke transferred all of my programs and files, encountering a few compatibility issues which they solved completely and readily. I really appreciate their expertise and the thorough explanation they always provide. I've been Mateen's customer for almost 10 years and he's earned a high degree of trust. I also appreciate the willingness to just answer questions and provide advice.
