Here to sing the praises of Xavier from Griffin Pest Solutions. After discovering mice in my basement last week (which completely freaked me out), Xavier came out for a follow-up visit after bait had been laid. I am very creeped out by the little rodents (and admittedly a total wimp). Xavier immediately put me at ease with his chill attitude and sense of humor, answered all of my questions, and handled the situation with total confidence and professionalism. Xavier’s bravery and steady presence turned a stressful situation into something manageable. His calm and kindess gave me peace of mind. Highest praise for Xavier — I’m incredibly grateful.

We have had Griffen Pest Company come out to our center for some time now, and each time they are professional, efficient and kind. I had a great experience this morning as I always do with one of their team members, he visited our center early in the morning and was extremely pleasant and friendly! He cracked jokes, shared some stories and overall just made my day! It was a great way to start my morning and I appreciated his kindness because in this day and time it’s not always easy to come by! I would recommend their services to whoever is in need.

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR INSULATION. I received an insulation service from Griffin Pest Solutions last October. This was a first home purchase and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and quality of work. I had a clean slate slate for them to work with. They proceeded to blow in insulation cover up the rafter vents without the placement of Rafter Baffles. After a personal inspection I called and they came back out and quickly put baffles without clearing insulation away from the vents and shoved the baffles into the insulation and stabled them. I'm pretty sure the baffles are upside down as well. After being ghosted from everyone in the company. I decided to reach out to the operations manager on linkedin. I too was ignored for quite a while but eventually got a call back from someone. This individual promised to get me on the schedule to come take a look and offered compensation but then proceeded to ghost me and the issue was never resolved or I was never properly compensated. I now have a ticking time bomb in my attic that had a new roof put on in the last year. I gave up contacting them. Choose another insulation company even if they are a little more expensive. You get what you pay for I guess.
