I struggled for 2 weeks getting my computer properly set up I knew it was super easy to fix everything I just didn’t know how these guys had it done in 30 minutes. Greatly appreciate their service will be back to have the build my pc for me very soon. Thank you guys very much

These guys are awesome! Literally one of the strangest problems to have and they had genius and creative solutions I spent 2 months looking for a solution online and the information wasn't publicly available thinking I had to scrap part of the project and start over they saved me some time and money awesome folks and it worked out perfectly

A+ I had them install a Linux mint operating system on my computer as I didn't want to get Windows 11 since they are not supporting Windows 10.any longer. I am quite impressed with the Linux operating system it's not that hard to get used to It has many the same features that Windows has. And they done some tweaking on it and it is lightning fast the web pages load super fast. The lot faster than Windows 10 did . Right now it's a worker.

I’m no expert by any means, but I’m willing to bet that I’m significantly more knowledgable about fixing PC rigs than most people. With that said, I brought in my rig and directly stated “Hey I think XYZ is the problem.” Not only did technicians check for the problem I’d mentioned, they ran diagnostics tests and found other issues such as poorly seated cables, disconnected fans & the heating being FAR above where it should’ve been resting. They fixed ALL of these problems and gave me plenty of accurate updates whenever I’d requested. Not only did they go above & beyond, but despite them reconnecting fans / cables, replacing power supplies, even taking apart the motherboard to replace the coolant, I was NOT charged for the building of the rig itself. Up until the supply needed to be replaced I was being charged just $60 for many, many hours of man labour purely as a “Diagnostic” charge. The only downside is that these folks are great at what they do and (thus) they’re very busy. If they find an issue they intend to fix it, and they’ll repeatedly tackle that problem until it’s solved. If you’re the kind of guy who’d rather have your busted laptop back in 3 days as opposed to in perfect condition in 2 weeks, this is NOT the place for you. If you value excellent work from honest and transparent people, this is exactly what you want. Thanks so much to you guys for the help!
