Great service, hard drive out of storage and Computer Exchange explained everything and cloned my hard drive and up the storage to 1 tb. I felt vulnerable having my info exposed even though I tried to clear everything I feel relatively confident they are a honest biz with outstanding customer service and knowledge of all things computer related! Excellent service. Had a bsod for months and they were super flexible and helpful. Took 2 attempts to fix, but they were very communicative and extremely professional. Josh was openly giving us updates and suggestions during the entire progress. Would recommend !
