Jon was super great to work with, and made this experience so easy for me. My MacBook screen glitched, and i didn’t know where to turn. Found him online, got a quote the day of, and had my MacBook back in a week (holidays stretched it out). 20/10 for this man and his services.
I had a problem with my PC build after changing to a smaller case. Helped me diagnose why it wasn’t booting up properly and not connecting to my monitor. Also provided suggestions for my build and Info for future upgrades. Very professional and respectful service as well as great communication/organization. Definitely worth it, to at least give him a call if you have a serious computer issue.
