Mike is amazing. I called half panicked after thinking my PC was broken. I had been working on it for 5 hours and couldn’t get it to turn on. Mike sat on the phone with me for 10 minutes walking me through what different steps I could take to fix it. Lo and behold, it was a CPU issue keeping my computer from powering on.
