I scheduled a repair on my freezer the week before for Friday noon to 2:30. I take time off work, clear my freezer, noon arrives and i’m ready…. 2:30 passes, and nothing. I call at 2:45, and am told that they they need to check with their tech. They call me back 10 min later that the tech had a family emergency. I get it. It happens. But failing to inform the scheduled appointments for an afternoon is a pretty big fail. They offer to reschedule for Monday and i request they waive their $100 appointment fee. The caller says they need to check with a manager. Thats fine. Just call me back in an hour. Then nothing. I shoulda read the other reviews before even scheduling them. Heed my warning fair reader…
