Talked to Eli, a rep, about an older iPhone battery replacement and was told that they had it in stock and and could get it done in 45 mins, same day. Their service was professional and pricing is really fair, unlike other shops that didn't have stock nor was willing to budge on pricing, claiming they were installing a "premium" battery so prices were high. I'd definitely come back due to timeliness, professionalism and pricing.

Edit: I advise to steer clear of this shady business and the bot responses written entirely with AI. Do not trust a business that doesn't even take the time to read and respond to their own reviews. ORIGINAL REVIEW (01-23-26): Always look up repairing your phone online before giving them a dime! Really shady for a business to reply en mass to 8/9+ year old negative reviews defending themselves without addressing/knowing the individual issues they caused. Haven't thought of this business in years, but thanks for the reminder in replying to my many years old review. Makes me even less likely to give you a second shot when some random person does damage control without knowing the situation at the time. Also I have had good experiences at the 82nd Batteries+Bulbs.
