I contacted John about getting our deck rebuilt because it was beyond repairing. He did a thorough look thru and gave us a reasonable estimate and started immediately. Demo was super fast and getting the deck finished was fast as well. He checked with us on things and clarified things before finishing. He took into consideration my mother's inability to do a lot of movements as well as my young son and puppy. He was very professional as well as friendly. He did an amazing job finishing it! I had a situation in my basement shower where the previous homeowner had DIY'd and the results were really showing. The shower pan had cracked and the sliding door leaked and then the tile was letting water through in areas as well. John did a great job of fixing this up. I had no idea what would be underneath the existing shower. He added additional supporting 2x4s where needed, fixed up some funky drywall spots, and tiled everything really wonderfully. He was very communicative and prompt over text. No surprises in the price or service. He answered all the questions I had about tile and the project! He and his helper Matt were very respectful of our aging deaf cat to make sure she didn't get out or get hurt. Finally, tile is a messy job and they cleaned up nicely afterwards.
