I can’t say enough about this company and all of their employees and bench jewelers. I often go to the Tulsa location, however the OKC location also does a lot of my casting work before it’s sent back to Tulsa for finishing and diamond setting. I get many custom gold jewelry pieces made from scratch and my scrap gold with diamonds and they always pull through. I’ve never had an integrity issue with them and their prices are very reasonable and they’ve always given the gold they haven’t used back to me and the diamonds. Top Tier integrity!!!! I’ve never met the owner however all of their employees are A1!!!!! PS. Please take it from someone who deals with them on a regular with Precious metals and diamonds.—and I know my gold and diamonds.

I’ve been bringing my watch here for service for 15 years and always trusted their work. However, on a recent visit, I was surprised to be told that wearing a watch could cause a screw head to become stripped. In my opinion, that explanation doesn’t quite add up — especially since the screw in question is recessed and wouldn’t typically be affected by regular wear. The attached photo appears to show metal-on-metal contact that likely caused the screw to deform. To my knowledge, no one else has ever serviced this watch. When I asked to show my receipt to confirm they were the last to work on it, I was told they wouldn’t take responsibility. While I’ve had good experiences in the past, this situation has left me disappointed. Personally, I no longer feel confident bringing my watch here for service.
