Mitchener Farrand was recommend to me by my best friend. Similar to him, I decided to browse for a ring in the more popular jewelry stores, but learned quickly they weren’t very interested in helping me find the right ring, just the ring that would fill their pockets the most. So I reached out to my friend and without a minute passing by, he directed me to this establishment. I was greeted warmly by the security guard, which shocked me, and I had no chance to wonder aimlessly before Debra approached me and asked how she could help me. I felt very comfortable here. I did not feel rushed to select an item. Debra asked me to sit down with her and go over exactly what I was looking for in a ring. Super friendly and knowledgeable, I’m not surprised at all I found the ring I was looking for with Debra’s help. I look forward to doing more business here.

Heather with Mitchener-Farrand Fine Jewelry was a great help. I took my wedding ring in to get a diamond replaced and to get another diamond ring resized. Heather spoke to the jeweler and he determined my wedding ring needed several of my prongs reworked so that I would not lose anymore diamond and he did a beautiful job. My husbands wedding ring also needed repaired and you can’t tell anything was wrong with it. Exceptional work. Would highly recommend.
